Our favourite Skyrim builds: necromage vampire I think they also get a bonus to illusion spells so a mage would probably be a good choice too, but I've never tried it. You get sneaking bonuses as a vampire and it really enhances your ability to ambush from a distance. I'll give you my opinion on some of your questions.
